It's a utility NFT that comes with complete downloadable audio stems (and remix copyrights) to my single Leaf Syndrome.  

Anything you like.  My hope is that you will use the stems to produce a killer remix but what you do with them is up to you. 

You own 100% of the master recording rights. You collect and keep 100% of all revenue that you generate from the master recording of your remix. No strings attached. I retain 100% ownership of the publishing rights in the remix. 

Independent Artists may use, perform, distribute and exploit their remix however they like. Upload it to your Spotify or Apple Music account. Upload it to TikTok or Youtube.  Press and sell vinyl. Etc.   No matter the distribution channel you collect and keep 100% of the master royalties.

To qualify as an Independent Artist you must not be signed to a major label nor be signed to a record label that is owned in whole or in part by a major label (Sony, Universal, Warner). 

No problem.  You're rights remain the same as  in FAQ # 5, however, you/your label/ your distributor agree to split with me on a 50/50 basis any and all revenue that you collect from the exploitation of the master recording of your remix. 

Yes!  The producer of the show (the Licensee) is legally required to obtain a 'Master Use' License from you and a 'Synchronization Use' License from me.

Please title your remix "Leaf Syndrome {your artist name} NFT Remix".  This will allow my team and I to track how each remix is propagated across Web2 and Web3.

Yes.  You can mint your remix as an NFT on any platform or marketplace and set the price.  If you decide to do this, I ask that you please allocate 5% of sales/re-sales to my crypto wallet address: iainhowienft.crypto

The artwork is included with the audio stems. Feel free to use this or to create your own.

Yes. You can resell it on any marketplace or platform you choose.
